- 2 tbsp oats ground
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp diced onion
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup sweet corn
- 1/2 tbsp fennel leaves chopped
- 1/4 cup cooking cream
- salt

In a pot, over medium heat, warm the butter and vegetable oil then add the diced onion and stir until it turns into a light golden color. Add the ground oats and stir for 30 minutes then add the chicken broth while stirring constantly. let boil.

Add the sweet corn and let boil for 1 minute then add the cooking cream and salt to taste then remove from heat right away. Add fennel leaves and Serve
