- 100 gm beef ground
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp walnuts roughly crushed
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

- 2 medium green bell pepper chopped
- 1 cup olives sliced
- 1 cup Rumi Cheese grated
- 1/2 cup chedder cheese grated
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese grated
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1` tbsp dried mint leaves
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese grated

In a pot over medium heat, warm the vegetable oil then add the onion and stir for 2 minutes until it's translucent. Add the ground beef and cook for 5 minutes then add the raisins and the walnut. Add cinnamon, salt and pepper and remove from heat. Stuff the sambosak with this stuffing then deep fry or cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 220 C
