Red Bell Pepper and Walnut Dipping
Servings: 4
Ingredients
  • 3 large sweet red bell pepper
  • 3 tbsp walnut crushed
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ground almond optional
Instructions
  1. To roast the pepper, cut the pepper into halves, remove the seeds and place it in a pan in the oven for 15 minutes at 220 C. Let cool then peel off the skin

  2. In the food processor, mix the pepper with the mayonnaise, walnuts, ground almond and a pinch of salt. Serve
