- 100 gm cream cheese
- 12 10 cm wide filo pastry sheets
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup sugar syrup
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter melt

Place the filo pastry sheets on a board and spread some melted butter all over it using a brush then put the cream cheese at the top of the filo pastry sheet

Fold the top and the sides of the sheets around the cream cheese as shown in the picture below. Then roll the sheet into a finger shape.

Preheat the oven to 220 C. Place a parchment sheet on a pan and place the beklava fingers. Cook for 15 minutes until it's golden.

Pour cold sugar syrup over the fingers while still hot.

In a plate, mix the sugar with the cinnamon powder then roll the fingers in the plate to cover it with the mixture. Serve.
