- 80 ml water at room temperateure
- 2 teaspoon grated cooking dark chocolate or your favorite chocolate
- 2 teaspoons ground coffee beans
- 1 teaspoons sugar less or more to taste

Away from the heat, place the water in the Turkish coffee pot then add the ground coffee and sugar. Stir briefly until well combined.

Over very low heat, place the pot to slowly warm the coffee mixture, that will take a minute.

As the coffee warms, you will see a dark foam building up. Transfer some of the foam into your Turkish coffee cups using a small spoon and return coffee pot to heat.

Add the grated chocolate and stir until completely melted.

As coffee comes to a boil, pour half of the coffee into the cups, over the foam.

Return coffee pot to heat and boil the remaining coffee for an additional 15 seconds then pour the rest in to the coffee cup.
