- 8 Chicken Drumsticks
- 4 tbsp Pomegranate molasses
- 3 tbsp Sesame seeds devided
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

In a pot, mix pomegranate molasses, soy sauce, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, Dijon mustard, honey, water and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. let completely cool.

In a bowl, Add half of the mixture to the chicken drumsticks and mix until all the pieces are covered with the sauce.

Line a pan with a parchment paper then add the chicken drumsticks and bake at 240°C for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to 180°C for 15 minutes or until cooked.

Remove from the pan, add the other half of the mixture, mix well and sprinkle generously with sesame seeds. Serve
