Healthy Homemade Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peanuts
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 C. Place the peanuts in a pan and roast them for 10 minutes or until it gets a golden color.

  2. Place the peanuts in the food processor while still warm. Turn the food processor on and let it run for 3-5 minutes. Stir occasionally.

  3. Add a pinch of salt then add the honey to the mixture. Run the processor until you get a smooth peanut butter texture.
