In a pot, over medium heat, warm the butter then add the diced onion and stir until it turns into a light golden color. Add the mushrooms, the minced garlic and the chicken cubes and stir for 1 minute.
Add the flour and stir for 30 minutes then add the chicken broth while stirring constantly. let boil.
Add the cooking cream then add salt to taste and remove from heat. Serve.
