Chicken Yogurt Soup

Ingredients

  • 200 gm chicken breasts boiled and cut into small cubes
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mint or parsley leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a pan over medium heat, add the butter, vegetable oil and the flour, stir until the flour turns into light golden color then remove from heat

  2. In the electric blender, mix the yogurt, salt, chicken broth and the previously made butter flour mix.

  3. Serve in plates after adding the boiled chicken cubes and mint or parsley leaves
