- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup milk ghee
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tbsp crushed nuts
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Preheat the oven to 170-180 C . Line a pan with parchment paper and set aside.

In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, mix the ghee with the cream cheese until creamy and light.

Add the flour, baking powder, sesame seeds and the powdered sugar to the previously made mixture in the bowl and mix all the ingredients together using a spatula or a spoon.

Refrigerate for 10 minutes before shaping.

Shape the cookies then bake for 15-20 minutes until the bottom of cookie is light gold color.

Serve with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and crushed nuts.
