
- 250 gm smoked herring fillet cut into bite-size pieces = 2 fish
 - 2 medium chili pepper optional- chopped
 - 1 medium tomato chopped
 - 1 medium red onion sliced
 - 1 medium carrot grated
 - 1 scallion chopped
 - 1 medium green bell pepper chopped
 - 1 teaspoon cumin powder
 - 1/2 cup tahini
 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
 - 1/2 cup yogurt =100 gm
 - 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme
 - 1/3 cup lemon juice
 - 1/3 cup water
 - 1/3 cup olive oil
 - 1/4 cup vinegar

In a large bowl, mix the tahini with water, vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, yogurt, thyme and paprika. Stir until they form a smooth mixture.

Add the vegetables and mix very well then add the smoked herring pieces
 - 
										
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
