- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup whole milk powder
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds toasted
- 1/2 cup raisins optional
- 1/2 cup toasted mixed nuts chopped. optional

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and store in a jar.

To make the sahlab, in a pot, add one tbsp of the sahlab powder to 200 ml of cold milk and stir until its completely dissolved.

Put on medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened. Serve with a sprinkle of chopped nuts.
