RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The customer reserves every right to return or exchange or cancel the goods or services requested in regards to the following rules
the customer has the right to return or exchange the goods for its paid value within 14 days of receiving the goods with the following conditions
1- the goods must be at the same conditions when purchased
2- the goods must not have been used in any way possible
3- the goods are not expire-able unless proven expired prior to shipping
4- the goods are not normally returned or exchanged e.g shipping services.
5- guaranteed goods are only limited to the use of the customer and we reserve every right not to return or exchange the goods if proven poor used by the customer
6- upon receiving the goods the value of the goods will be refunded within 5 working days through the same payment gateway
7- canceled orders are subject to no fees prior to shipping the goods.
8- to cancel a shipped order the customer must pay the shipping fees back to its original shipping address and no other fees are to be paid.
9- the refunded amount will be the invoiced amount in the payment process.
