Banana Oats Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 4 cubes ice
  • 3 tbsp quick oats
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
Instructions
  1. In the blender, put all the ingredients together and mix until smooth then serve.
