- 3 cups lightly packed arugula
- 2 cups pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup walnuts Toasted
- 1 cup radish sliced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shavings
- 1/4 cup pomegranate molasses
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- salt

To make the dressing, combine molasses, honey and vinegar in a mixing bowl and whisk to combine. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while you whisk. Season with salt to taste.
